It’s always nice to be recognized for the things you do. I was very flattered to be included in a recent article published in the Times Online. The article lists 50 of the world’s best food blogs, as chosen by the Times Online Real Food Editor Nick Wyke. The list is pretty cool and I have to admit, rather sheepishly, that I’ve even discovered some really delicious and fabulous blogs I didn’t know about through the article.

Starting next week, Nick will also be running interviews with all of us. I’m really looking forward to reading them, especially Dorie Greenspan’s, who is one of my wife S’s personal food heroes.

About Aun Koh

Aun has always loved food and travel, passions passed down to him from his parents. This foundation, plus a background in media, pushed him to start Chubby Hubby in 2005. He loves that this site allows him to write about the things he adores--food, style, travel, his wife and his three kids!

Many Congrats!!! I have your new reader, came after reading from TimesOnline. So nice to see an Asian blog being in Top 50. Greetings from Switzerland.

I saw this article about 20 minutes before my RSS reader pinged your post 🙂 congrats! it’s definitely a well-deserved spot that you’ve got up there.

Congrats! This is my favourite Asian blog. I read and learnt all about Osaka here before getting there on a cruise. My other two other fav reads, Grab Your Fork and Lucullian Delights are also there in the top 50.

Just came to your blog through the Times, congratulations on the mention! I too am a little obsessed with Dorie Greenspan…those world peace cookies of hers are amazing!

Congratulations, it is indeed well deserved, your blog would be on my top five if I had one. But speaking of Singaporean blogs, I know they say the list is not exhaustive but I couldn’t help but be very surprised at the absence of Kuidaore, or did I miss it – I checked several times ?

Congrats! I enjoyed reading all your postings quietly but I can’t keep quiet this time. Because you deserve all the applause for a job well done! Same goes to S for her precious input too, Cheers!
